Refund and Return Policy

Overview

At Guardian Gun Works, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are unhappy with your purchase, we’ll be happy to return or exchange the product for a full refund, exchange of an item of equal or lesser value, or store credit. Our refund and return policy is effective for 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Items must not show signs of damage or wear, and you must have a receipt or proof of purchase.

Process for Returns

1. Initiate Return: Contact us at guardiangunworks@proton.me to initiate a return.

2. Return Authorization: Once your return is authorized, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back to us.

3. Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

At the discretion of Guardian Gun Works, we will provide exchanges for an item of equal value. Any increased price between the new item and the item that was exchanged will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
